Health and safety is paramount
The health and safety of our staff and people in our work areas is paramount. We take this very seriously. Our staff are fully trained and do refresher training every two years. Our staff are always well supervised.
We do our homework
We complete a detailed Job Safety Analysis (JSA) or Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) before every job. This indemnifies our customers if anything goes wrong. If a job is not safe to do, we will find another way of doing it. We hold regular toolbox meetings when completing a job to ensure we all are aware of any new hazards or changes to our controls of the hazards identified. We notify Work Safe NZ before doing rope access jobs.
We are fully insured
We are insured with NZI Insurance. We hold $10 million in Public Liability Insurance, $1 million in Statutory Liability Insurance and $1 million in Employer’s Liability Insurance. Please ask for a copy of our latest insurance certificates.
Our health and safety practices are continuously improved and updated
Our health and safety plan is a living document. We are continuously improving our techniques and systems, and are always looking for safer and better ways of doing things. We have undergone rigorous audits of our systems by Impac Prequal and SiteWise. Please feel free to ask for a copy of the latest version of our health and safety plan or our latest health and safety audits. We will fly through your approved contractor application.
Customer focus and communication are key to how we operate
We pride ourselves on being customer focused and always having open lines of communication. We prepare detailed photographic reports on the first service and upon request after this.
